You peed in the potty ALL BY YOURSELF!!!!!!!

You went and sat on the potty and actually went pee in it!!!! As you were peeing, you appeared to be a little freaked out so I think that may be why you haven't gone by yourself yet. You kept on saying "Potty" over and over and looked a little scared so now that you have gone hopefully you are over the potty fear. But anyway,

YOU PEED ON THE POTTY ALL BY YOURSELF!!!!

Get you a raincoat and boots. The joy that you got from jumping in puddles today was too cute.

Game Changer

This picture doesn't do this moment justice and more than any other moment in the last six months, I'm kicking myself for not going on craigslist and getting a cheap flip video.  This is you and your brother laughing and playing TOGETHER.  It was one of those moments that actually made me tear up a little while it was happening.  Aria is putting her hand down and Asher is trying to touch it.  While, of course, Aria is playing keep away with her hand but every once in awhile letting him touch it.  Both of you thought this was the funniest game you have ever invented and the laughter that was coming out of it was intoxicating as a parent.  That moment where your babies are playing TOGETHER - OMG so wonderful.  Now of course about ten minutes after this was taken, Aria totally went back to ignoring him and Asher was all like "What the hell happened?  I thought we are cool now." and Aria was like "Oh its not that easy buddy.  Go play somwhere else till I'm ready to be amused by you again".  Girls are so complicated.

I started hand written journals for you and your brother so I forget to write the funny stuff on here. But for those of you who we don't see all the time, you deserve to laugh too.

After making you something new for breakfast, you took one bite, pushed it away, and said YUCK before making a disgusted face. Tough critic.

This morning I was laying on the bed waking up. You and your brother were at the edge of the bed. I rolled over and asked your brother for a kiss and because he is my little affectionate nubbies, he happily obliged. Your response to my request was a very clear (and with clear intention) "Can't do that". Cold Aria. Cold.

Visit with the Easter Bunny 2012

Just as last year, you LOVE the Easter Bunny! This year, you were hugging him and petting him. You kept on saying "bunny hug" and then hugged him. How Cute! The WHOLE time we were trying to get a picture you were talking. I ironically couldn't get you to be quiet for even a moment. Saying things like "bunny hug" "soft" "pink bow" "eyes" (poking the poor bunny's fake eyes) "silly ears" (I'm guessing cause they were standing up). After several attempts on trying to get you to smile and not talk, I settled for this one where you are mid-speech but OMG doesn't Asher look adorable. You even gave him a hug goodbye and waved bye which you NEVER do to anyone else except Dad. See you next year, Easter Bunny!
